"Thank you for your help with assembling a program for me. I have been using it for 3 weeks and is the core of my physical activity at the moment. It's really important for me to have a solid routine in place in the winter months to keep myself moving forward as opposed to backwards. The circuit you designed for me is fun and I don't get bored of it because I have to move between exercises so often.

 

I truly appreciate the intelligence in our work together so far. I expected to get a cookie-cutter response to my needs that would be handed to many others as well but I feel like the program has been all about me.

 

Thanks for the hard work and I look forward to what the future has in store. "
